§ 1-8-103. LIBERTYTOWN ELECTRIC LIGHTING DISTRICT.
   (A)   A special taxing district for electric lighting is established and identified as the Libertytown Electric Lighting District.
   (B)   The boundaries of the Libertytown Electric Lighting District are established and shown on the official Electric Lighting District Map on file with the county.
