§ 1-8-2. AUTHORIZATION FOR DISBURSEMENTS AND CHECK SIGNATURE AUTHORITY.

   (A)   The Director of Finance may authorize disbursements from the county payroll account or the general disbursement account.

   (B)   The County Executive, either by actual signature or facsimile signature, shall sign a check drawn upon the county payroll account or general disbursement account.
