§ 2-11-6. Borrowing money for road emergencies.
   The board of county commissioners are hereby authorized to borrow, upon the faith of the county, up to the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) per year for county road emergencies and unforeseen contingencies and shall include in the next year’s tax levy a sufficient amount to repay such loan.
