§ 2-11-4. Public dumps prohibited near state highways.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or to permit to be maintained a public dump within five hundred feet of a state highway in the county or for any person to throw, dump or deposit any trash, junk or other refuse upon the same. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each such violation.
