§ 2-11-3. Use of firearms upon highways, watercourses, etc.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone to fire a gun, pistol or other firearm upon or over any road or public highway in the county. It shall be unlawful for anyone to fire a pistol or a rifle upon or over any body of water or watercourse situated in whole or in part in the county. Anyone violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) for each such violation or shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days or both.
