The board of county commissioners may make rules and regulations necessary to supervise and control electrical business within the county. These rules and regulations shall define the electrical work which is regulated and may provide for examination of applicants, issuance of work permits, inspection, enforcement, and such other requirements as may be necessary to supervise and control the electrical business in the public interest.
