(a) Any person who knowingly fails to comply with an order issued under this article shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than ten (10) days or both.
(b) Each day which a person knowingly fails to comply with an order issued under this article shall be deemed a separate offense.
