§ 2-2-28. Enforcement; maximum penalty for violation.
   The board of county commissioners shall provide for the enforcement of all county ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations, and bylaws by fine, penalty, or imprisonment, as prescribed by law. A fine or penalty for an offense may not exceed $1,000 or six (6) months imprisonment. The board of county commissioners may provide that each day’s violation is a separate offense.
