§ 2-2-27. Loan for capital improvements for school.
   The board of county commissioners, in its sole discretion, may loan money to a bona fide nonprofit corporation or association or a public school booster club for the purpose of erecting capital improvements on land owned by the county or the Frederick County Board of Education. Any loan shall be made on the terms and conditions the board of county commissioners may approve in its sole discretion, and the county commissioners, in the event of any default of the terms of any such loan, may obtain a judgment or judgments in a court of competent jurisdiction against any person, corporation, or association agreeing in writing to be liable for the repayment of any loan made under this section.
