§ 1-4-22. CASH DEPOSIT.
The management of an amusement shall deposit with the County Board of Health cash in the amount of $50 at the time that application is made for a permit. This sum shall be held as a cash guarantee that the grounds whereon the enterprise subject to these regulations is exhibited shall be left in a sanitary condition. The cash deposit shall be returned to the management when, in the opinion of the County Board of Health, or its duly appointed representative, the grounds have been restored to their former sanitary condition. The failure of the management of such enterprise to so restore the grounds shall result in the forfeiture of the cash deposit.
