4-2-1: DEFINITION:

The word "person", as used in this chapter, shall mean and include one or more persons of either sex, natural persons, corporations, partnerships, associations, joint stock companies, societies and all other entities of any kind capable of being sued. (Ord. 87, eff. 6-1-1979)
