The city council shall act to approve or disapprove the license application within one hundred twenty (120) days from the date the application was submitted; provided, that the application contains all of the information required by this chapter. If the application is deficient, the council shall act on the application within one hundred twenty (120) days from the date that the deficiency has been corrected. Within ninety (90) days after the decision by the council, the applicant may appeal to the district court by serving a notice upon the mayor or city administrator. (Ord. 124, 7-6-2004)
