3-3-2: NOTICE TO COUNCIL PRIOR TO EVENT:
In addition to any other requirements, the applicant for a license shall give at least two (2) weeks' notice prior to the council meeting that is immediately before the event, in writing, to the city administrator or other authorized official, stating the dates of the performances and the location at which the performances are to be presented. (2008 Code)
