3-2-18: SALES AND CONSUMPTION IN PUBLIC:
   A.   Public Ways And Vehicles: No person shall sell, serve or consume intoxicating liquors or 3.2 percent malt liquor in a public park, on any public street, sidewalk, parking lot or alley, in any automobile on a public street, alley or highway, or in any public place other than on the premises of an establishment licensed under this chapter, in a municipal liquor dispensary if one exists in the city, or where the consumption and display of liquor is lawfully permitted.    B.   Public Places: No intoxicating liquors or 3.2 percent malt liquor shall be sold, served, consumed or possessed at or in any theater, picture show, ballpark, city park, cafe, restaurant, hotel dining room, soft drink parlor, dance hall, city beach, or any public gathering for amusement or entertainment. This subsection shall not apply to premises licensed for sales, possession and consumption in accordance with the establishment's license. (Ord. 94, 8-5-1985; amd. 2008 Code)
