11-1-5: APPROVALS NECESSARY FOR ACCEPTANCE OF SUBDIVISION PLATS:
Before any plat shall be recorded or be of any validity, it shall be approved by the council of the city of Frazee, after receiving review and recommendation from the planning commission, as having fulfilled the requirements of this title. (Ord. 139, 4-11-2011)
