2-2-2: ORGANIZATION; MEETINGS:
The board shall elect from its members a president, secretary, and treasurer and hold regular meetings the second Monday after the first Tuesday in January each year and special meetings on call of the president at such place as he may designate. (Ord. 49, 12-5-1922)
