2-1-2: COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT; REMOVALS:
The planning commission shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the city council, any of which may at any time be removed by a majority vote of the council. The city council shall annually select one of its members to serve on the commission and report back to council. The city of Frazee zoning administrator shall act as commission secretary.
