A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the time period stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. (Ord. 96, 10-5-1987)
B. Misdemeanor Violation; Penalties: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in the written notice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount as provided in section 1-4A-1 of this code for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. Administrative penalty provisions of title 1, chapter 4, article B of this code also apply. C. Liability For Costs: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the city by reason of such violation. (Ord. 96, 10-5-1987)
