8-1-10: EMERGENCIES:
The City hereby reserves the right to discontinue service to any or all customers without notice in case of emergency. Notification to discontinue service shall be given by the City Public Works Department to make repairs to the water system when time permits such action. (Ord. 125, 12-6-2004)
