A. It shall be the responsibility of the owners of premises on both sides of the street to pay all costs of new water main installation.
B. It shall be the responsibility of the owner of said premises to pay all costs of repairs of the water line to the premises.
C. It shall be the city's responsibility to pay all costs for water main repairs, including the inlet side of the corporation stop.
D. It shall be the owner's responsibility to ensure the water line to the premises does not freeze up. The cost to thaw out the water line to the premises is charged to the owner or resident of said premises. (Ord. 125, 12-6-2004)
