A. Office Established: Pursuant to the authority granted by Minnesota statutes section 412.591, the offices of the city clerk and city treasurer are hereby combined in the office of city clerk-treasurer.
B. Annual Audit: Beginning with the year 1970 and each year thereafter, there shall be an audit of the city's affairs by the state auditor or a public accountant in accordance with minimum auditing procedures prescribed by the state auditor. (Ord. 76, 2-3-1970; amd. 2008 Code)
