7-1-5: USE OF PUBLIC WAYS:
   A.   Display Of Merchandise; Writing On Pavement:
      1.   It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to use any street, sidewalk, or other public place as space for the display or sale of goods or merchandise, or to write or mark any signs or advertisements on any such pavements.
      2.   Merchants may apply to the mayor and city council for permission to hold sidewalk sales on certain days.
   B.   Playing Games: It is unlawful to play any games upon any street, alley, or sidewalk where such games cause unnecessary noise or interfere with traffic or pedestrians.
   C.   Repair Of Vehicles On Public Ways: No person shall, at any time, repair any vehicle in any city street. (2008 Code)
