It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile or ATV under the following circumstances:
A. On City parks, playgrounds, recreational areas, sliding areas and skating rinks without written permission to do so by proper public authority.
B. On private property of another without written permission to do so by the owner of said property.
C. On any public sidewalk.
D. On Main Avenue East or West (Becker County Highway 30), Lake Street North or South (State Trunk Highway 87), and West Birch Avenue (Becker County Highway 87), except when crossing the said highways at a ninety degree (90°) angle. Operation on all other streets in the City is permitted in the most right hand lane which is used for vehicle traffic in the same direction. All snowmobiles and ATVs must obey all traffic signs and speed limits.
E. Between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M., Sunday through Saturday, within the City limits. (Ord. 122, 1-5-2004)
F. The operation of Class 1 and Class 2 all-terrain vehicles is strictly prohibited within the corporate City limits, unless approved by the Chief of Police. (Ord. 143, 6-14-2010)
