The regulatory provisions of Minnesota statutes chapter 169, known as the highway traffic regulation act, as amended, are hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys within the city and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this title as completely as if set forth herein. One copy of the highway traffic regulation act is on file in the office of the city clerk- treasurer for public use and inspection. (2008 Code)
