The city zoning administrator, city clerk, fire chief, police chief and/or their designees, or designated officials shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by up to ninety (90) days in jail and/or a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine. Each day the violation continues unabated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Fines for violations shall be established by resolution of the city council. This chapter may also be enforced through title 1, chapter 4, article B, "Administrative Penalty", of this code. (Ord. 141, 12-15-2008)
