(A) A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not set out shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.200 above, shall be guilty of a violation and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $250 for each offense. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
