§ 51.185 ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES.

   The following connection and other service fees will be established in an amount to be determined from time to time by the Village Board:

   (A)   Permit and inspection fee connection fee;

   (B)   Turn-on service fee;

   (C)   Turn-off service fee;

   (D)   Repair termination fee; and

   (E)   Non-payment termination fee.
