§ 51.167 GREASE INTERCEPTOR PERMIT OR PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   All food service establishment facilities are subject to grease interceptor requirements. All those facilities must obtain approval from the Superintendent of Public Works or his or her designee for grease interceptor sizing as well as submitting plans for a building permit. All grease interceptors shall be readily and easily accessible for cleaning and inspection.
