(A) Any significant user existing at the time of the enactment of this local law shall make written application for a village significant user permit on forms on file at the village office within 45 days after the effective date of this chapter. In the case of proposed significant users, a written application must be submitted not less than 90 days prior to the proposed connection date to the public sewer.

(B) A fee of $50, payable to the village, shall accompany the application for a significant user permit.
