§ 51.085 INDUSTRY REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH SPECIAL STANDARDS.
   (A)   When pretreatment regulations are adopted by USEPA or NYSDEC for any industry, then that industry must immediately conform to the USEPA or NYSDEC timetable for adherence to federal or state pretreatment requirements and any other applicable requirements promulgated by USEPA and NYSDEC in accordance with the Clean Water Act of 1977 § 307 (Pub. L. No. 95-127, being U.S.C. § 1317).
   (B)   Additionally, the industries shall comply with any more stringent standards necessitated by local conditions as determined by the village.
