§ 51.084 ARRANGEMENTS FOR DISPOSAL OF UNUSUAL WASTE NOT EXCLUDED.
   No statement in this subchapter shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or arrangement between the village and an industrial concern for treatment of unusual waste provided that the agreement or arrangement in no way violates this subchapter, the Federal Categorical Pretreatment Standards or National Pretreatment Standards as listed in C.F.R. § 403.5(a) and (b).
