A violation of this chapter is deemed an offense punishable by a fine, imprisonment or both, as follows:
(A) First offense. A first conviction for violation of this chapter may result in a fine not exceeding $350 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both;
(B) Second offense. A second conviction for violation of this chapter, if the occurrence that leads to conviction began within a period of five years from the date of first conviction, may result in a fine not less than $350 nor more than $700 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both;
(C) Third offense. A conviction for a third or subsequent offense all of which were committed within a period of five years from when the occurrence leading to the first conviction began, shall include a fine of not less than $700 nor more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both.
(D) In addition to any penalties imposed under this chapter, continued violations of this chapter shall be punishable in any other manner provided under other local regulations, and state and federal law.
