§ 155.14 COMPLIANCE WITH NEW YORK STATE CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS.
   This chapter, the Village Board of Trustees, the Commission and all applicable village officials shall comply with the regulations required by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation to be a Certified Local Government.
