Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punishable by a minimum fine not less than $50 and a maximum fine of $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both. Each day that such violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense punishable as such. This chapter shall be enforced by the Village of Franklinville Police Department.
