§ 51.051 TYPES OF PERMITS; APPLICATION; INSPECTION FEE.

   (A)   There shall be two classes of building sewer permits:

      (1)   For residential and commercial service; and

      (2)   For service to significant users or establishments producing industrial wastes.

   (B)   In either case, the owner or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the village. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Superintendent.

   (C)   A permit and inspection fee in an amount determined from time to time by the Village Board shall be paid therefore in accordance with §§ 93.095 through 93.098.
