(A) Billing. The village shall issue quarterly billing for the garbage collection on the village water bills for the property associated with the corresponding meter.
(B) Rates. The Village Board shall set the rate for the service on an annual basis. Such annual basis shall correspond with the contract term agreed upon by the village and the provider. The initial charge for this service shall be $25 per quarter per metered parcel located within the village.
