§ 50.31 PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   The Board of Trustees of the village recognizes the expectation of the residents of the village to be provided with a weekly garbage collection service. The general purpose of this subchapter is to provide for the most efficient, economic, and equitable system of garbage collection to the residents of the village.
