§ 52.060 TERMS.
   (A)   The village as a water supplier is committed and bound by law to first supply water to the structures and properties within its corporate limits.
   (B)   The village shall have no responsibility for furnishing water to properties outside its corporate limits, except where binding contracts for such services have been made with the village. If the village determines that the supply of water shall be insufficient to meet the requirements within the village, the village may curtail or suspend water sales beyond the corporate limits with due notice.
   (C)   The cost of water to customers outside of the village limits shall be determined by the Board of Trustees from time to time. It is understood and agreed that the village reserves the right at all times throughout the term of applicable contracts to increase or decrease the rate charged to village customers. When such changes become effective, the rates paid by customers outside the village shall be adjusted accordingly.
