§ 52.004 AUTHORITIES.
   The authorities for this chapter shall be as follows:
   (A)   Department of Public Works (DPW). The DPW is the village water supplier and is authorized and responsible to manage the village water system and service.
   (B)   New York State Sanitary Regulations.
