§ 50.41 RECYCLING EXCEPTIONS.
   The provisions for recycling waste need not be complied with when the person contracts with a private disposal service and the private disposal service permits waste of all types to be mixed together in a dumpster or other suitable container which will then be properly disposed of by the private disposal service.
