§ 153.021 CONTENT OF APPLICATION.

   The following information is required where applicable:

   (A)   Elevation in relation to mean sea level of the proposed lowest floor (including basement or cellar) of all structures;

   (B)   Elevation in relation to mean sea level to which any non- residential structure will be flood-proofed;

   (C)   When required a certificate from a licensed professional engineer or architect that the utility floodproofing will meet the criteria in § 153.057(A);

   (D)   Certificate from a licensed professional engineer or architect that the non-residential flood-proofed structure will meet the flood-proofing criteria in §§ 153.070 through 153.072 below; and

   (E)   Description of the extent to which any watercourse will be altered or relocated as a result of proposed development.
