The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled “The Flood Insurance Study for the Village of Franklinville, of Cattaraugus County, New York”, dated January, 1978, with accompanying flood insurance rate maps and flood boundary floodway maps is hereby adopted and declared to be a part of this chapter. The flood insurance study and maps are on file at the Village Clerk’s office, 19 Penn Ave, Franklinville.
