(A) Temporary buildings or trailers, other than buildings or trailers for living purposes to be used in connection with construction work only, may be permitted in any district during the period that the construction work is in progress, but the temporary buildings shall be removed upon the completion of the work.
(B) Permits for temporary, nonresidential, buildings shall be used for a one-year period and must be renewed for continued use.
