Where permitted in an “R-3” Residential-Commercial District, a mobile home park shall conform to the following requirements:
(A) Shall be located on a well-drained site properly graded to insure rapid drainage;
(B) Shall contain a minimum of two acres;
(C) Mobile home spaces shall be provided consisting of a minimum of 1,800 square feet for each space which shall be at least 32 feet wide and clearly defined;
(D) There shall be at least a 15 foot clearance between individual mobile homes housed and between mobile homes and any permanent structure on or adjacent to the park;
(E) All mobile homes shall abut upon a driveway of not less than 20 feet in width which shall have unobstructed access to a public street or highway;
(F) An adequate and tested supply of pure water for drinking and domestic purposes shall be supplied to all mobile home spaces within the park;
(G) A combined sewage treatment and disposal system shall be provided as recommended and approved by the County Health Department;
(H) Adequate garbage disposal facilities, as approved by the County Health Department, shall be provided;
(I) The service facilities and buildings as required by state and county health departments shall be included and maintained in the park;
(J) Every park shall have a fire protection plan approved by the fire department having local jurisdiction; and
(K) Every park operator shall keep a complete register of occupants which shall be available for inspection at all times by law enforcement and health officials.
