§ 152.032 SATELLITE TELEVISION EQUIPMENT AND DISH RESTRICTIONS.
   No television satellite equipment and dishes shall be located on any property within the village within 40 feet of the curb line that parallels the adjacent street. In the event there is no curbing, then the 40 feet shall be measured from a point three feet from the edge of the paved portion of any street or highway within the village.
