§ 152.012 REQUIREMENT OF BUILDING PERMIT.
   (A)   In addition to the site plan approval required as a provision of this chapter, if applicable, no building or structure shall be erected, added to or structurally altered until a building permit therefor has been issued by the Building Inspector.
   (B)   All applications for permits shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Building Code. In the event that no building code exists, there shall be submitted with all applications for building permits two copies of a layout or plot plan drawn to scale and showing the actual dimensions of the lot to be built upon, the exact size and style of buildings to be erected, estimated construction costs and value and other information as may be necessary to determine and provide for the enforcement of this chapter. One copy of the layout shall be returned when approved by the Building Inspector together with the permit, to the applicant upon the payment of a fee.
