§ 151.19 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ORDER.
   (A)   In the event of the refusal or neglect of the person so notified to comply with the order of the Board of Trustees and after the hearing, the Board of Trustees shall provide for the demolition and removal of the building or structure either by village employees or by contract except in emergency, as provided by § 151.21 below.
   (B)   Any contract for demolition and removal of a building shall comply with the requirements of N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law Art. 5-A.
