§ 151.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUILDING. Any building, structure or portion thereof used for residential business or industrial purpose.
   BUILDING INSPECTOR. The building inspector of the village, or some other person appointed by the Board of Trustees to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   DEBRIS. Any remnants of a building.
