§ 150.061 CONTENTS OF STOP-WORK ORDERS.
   Stop-work orders shall:
   (A)   Be in writing;
   (B)   Be dated and signed by the Code Enforcement Officer;
   (C)   State the reason or reasons for issuance; and
   (D)   If applicable, state the conditions which must be satisfied before work will be permitted to resume.
