§ 131.67 VILLAGE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
   Nothing in this subchapter creates or shall create a cause of action against the village not already authorized under existing law. Without limitation, the village is not liable to any person harmed who claims that notice under this subchapter may have prevented the harm.
